Responsibilities

For Junior Developers

- Assist in application development and feature implementation

- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code

- Collaborate with team members on design and development tasks

- Support debugging, testing, and deployment activities

For Junior QA Engineers

- Perform manual and/or automation testing

- Identify, track, and report bugs and defects

- Validate application functionality and performance

- Work closely with developers to ensure quality releases

Skills Required

- Basic knowledge of programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.)

- Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

- Knowledge of software testing concepts (for QA roles)

- Familiarity with databases and basic SQL queries

- Good understanding of problem-solving and logical thinking
