Role Overview

You will be responsible for L1/L2 IT support, handling network, server, and system-related issues, while ensuring smooth functioning of IT infrastructure, security, and business applications.

Key Responsibilities

IT Support & Troubleshooting

- Provide L1/L2 support for desktops, servers, and network devices

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues

- Support users with day-to-day IT problems and service requests

Network & System Administration

- Manage and maintain network infrastructure and connectivity

- Support Windows Server environments and Active Directory

- Handle printer setup, configuration, and troubleshooting

Infrastructure & Security

- Maintain IT security practices and system backups

- Monitor system performance and network health

- Ensure proper documentation of IT systems and processes

Applications Support

- Provide support for ERP systems and business applications

- Assist in system updates, configurations, and deployments

Technical Skills Required

Networking

- Basic knowledge of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, routing & switching

- CCNA-level understanding (preferred)

System Administration

- Hands-on experience with Windows Server

- Knowledge of Active Directory (user management, policies)

IT Support

- Experience with desktop support, printers, and hardware troubleshooting

- Strong troubleshooting skills across systems and networks

Eligibility
