IT Graduate Program – Entry-Level IT Career Pathway

This is a 24-month rotational graduate program with 6-month assignments across four key IT domains at AVEVA. You’ll gain hands-on training in global IT operations while building a career in IT support, digital delivery, cloud infrastructure, and enterprise technology solutions.

What You’ll Do

- Rotate across critical IT areas: business relationship management, enterprise architecture, IT service delivery, end-user support, and infrastructure operations

- Work with R&D, Finance, HR, and global IT teams in India, UK, and USA

- Gain exposure to Agile & ITIL methodologies

- Support in-house & customer IT projects alongside global vendors

- Enhance your technical expertise with classroom training + real-world assignments

- Build global IT skills in networking, infrastructure, Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory & troubleshooting

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: BE / B.Tech (CSE / IT / ISE / EEE / ECE)

- Passing Year: 2026 batch only

- Academic Requirement: Minimum 70% aggregate throughout (10th, 12th & UG)

- No backlogs/arrears during selection or joining

- Skills Required:

- Strong problem-solving & troubleshooting skills

- Knowledge of Windows 10/11, Office 365, Active Directory

- Familiarity with basic networking concepts

- Good communication & ability to support a diverse, global workforce
