Automation Anywhere is hiring Trainee – Associate Technical Support Engineers to join its global Customer Support organization. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want to build a strong career in enterprise software, RPA, AI automation, and cloud platforms.

Salary & Stipend Details

- Estimated Salary / Stipend: ₹3.5 LPA – ₹6 LPA (based on market standards and role level)

Job Responsibilities

- Assist in providing technical support for Automation Anywhere products including A360, Bot Agent, and Control Room

- Diagnose and troubleshoot basic application and configuration issues under supervision

- Analyze logs and automation workflows to identify issues and escalate when required

- Respond to customer queries via ticketing systems and live chat with timely communication

- Collaborate with senior engineers and internal teams to resolve technical issues

- Document recurring issues and solutions in the knowledge base

- Participate in training programs to enhance technical and product knowledge

Skills Required

- Basic understanding of Windows and/or Linux environments

- Knowledge of SQL fundamentals and database concepts

- Awareness of APIs, networking basics, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Good written and verbal communication skills

- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility & Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent coursework)

- 0–12 months of experience in technical support, IT support, or software troubleshooting

- Internship or academic project experience is acceptable
