About the Role

Atidan Technologies is hiring Azure Fresher Engineers to join our IT infrastructure and cloud support team. This is an excellent opportunity for 2024 & 2025 graduates with strong academic performance to kickstart their career in Azure, Microsoft 365, and Cloud Technologies.

Eligibility

- Education: BE/B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, MCA, B.Sc./M.Sc. (IT), Electronics Engineering, or Electronics & Telecom Engineering.

- Academic Criteria: 75% and above in 10th, 12th, and Degree (Mandatory).

- Batch: 2024 & 2025 graduates only.

- No academic gaps, no diploma holders.

Preferred Certifications

- Azure (AZ-400, AZ-500, AZ-900, AZ-104)

- Microsoft 365 (MS-500, MS-900, M365, O365)

- Cloud, Windows Server Administration, or related certifications.

Technical Skills

- Understanding of IT fundamentals: MS Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Networking, CPU, Server, Cloud, Windows Server, DHCP, DNS, IP addressing.

- Prior experience in infrastructure or server monitoring is an advantage.

Role Responsibilities

- Service desk support & ticket handling.

- Server and network monitoring.

- Troubleshooting server and network issues.

- Application support and queue monitoring.

- Work in 24/7 rotational shifts (initial shift 11 AM – 8 PM; later shifts 6 PM – 3 AM with rotational week-offs).
