Roles & Responsibilities

- Analyze and resolve issues related to appointments, encounters, charting, and documentation

- Handle queries on patient communication workflows and clinical systems

- Perform root cause analysis and recommend solutions

- Collaborate with internal teams for issue resolution

- Maintain proper documentation of issues and solutions

- Ensure adherence to SLA timelines and high customer satisfaction (CSAT)

- Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders

Technical & Functional Skills

- Basic exposure to CRM systems / support tools (preferred)

- Strong logical and analytical thinking

- Ability to identify root cause of issues

- Understanding of product workflows and troubleshooting approaches

Soft Skills

- Excellent communication and active listening

- Customer-first mindset with strong ownership

- Ability to work in a 24/7 support environment

- Good time management and prioritization skills

- Adaptability to frequent product updates and changes

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

- Experience in RCM / Customer Support / Product Support is a plus (not mandatory)

- Strong willingness to learn and grow in a client-facing support role
