Role Summary

Aspire is looking for a motivated and technically inclined IT Support Intern to assist with managing the company’s IT infrastructure and endpoint systems. You will work closely with a team of IT professionals in maintaining scalable and secure internal systems that support a global workforce.

This is a high-impact internship for those looking to gain real-world experience in IT operations, automation, security compliance, and cross-platform administration (Windows/macOS/Linux).

Key Responsibilities

- Administer internal IT platforms including Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, and Microsoft Defender for Endpoint

- Support and troubleshoot endpoint systems (Windows 10/11, macOS)

- Configure and maintain Unifi networking: WiFi, firewall, door access systems

- Provide hands-on and remote IT support for employees in multiple locations

- Diagnose and resolve hardware and connectivity issues including PCs, printers, and office networks

- Select, test, and configure laptops and related hardware/software licenses

- Assist in IT security compliance (ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOC 2 Type 2)

- Develop internal user guides and documentation using Notion and Confluence

- Create small automation scripts with PowerShell, Bash, or Python

- Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees

Minimum Qualifications

- Based in Gurugram or Bengaluru, India

- Bachelor's degree (or pursuing) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Proficient with macOS and Windows OS

- Excellent English communication (written and verbal)

- Basic scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)

- Self-starter with strong problem-solving ability

Preferred Qualifications

- Familiarity with: AWS, 1Password, Notion, Slack

- Admin experience with: Google Workspace, Azure AD, Intune, Jira

- Hands-on knowledge of Unifi network systems

- Experience working with Linux and CLI tools

- Exposure to Azure Sentinel or other SIEM tools

- Certifications (bonus): CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Cloud+

- Awareness of IT security standards (ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI DSS)

- GitHub or blog showcasing personal technical projects (bonus)
