SHIFT (ROTATIONAL – PROJECT BASED):

- 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM IST

- 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM IST

EXPECTED SALARY (INDIA – ESTIMATED):

₹2.5 LPA – ₹4.5 LPA (Technology Intern / Fresher – Remote)

JOB OVERVIEW:

ARDEM is hiring Technology Interns (Freshers) to gain hands-on experience across web technologies, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who want real-world exposure in a fast-growing BPO and Business Process Automation organization while working remotely.

You will work on live projects involving web development, cloud fundamentals, and modern frontend technologies in a structured trainee environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assist in development and support of web-based applications

- Work with cloud platforms and deployment fundamentals

- Support projects involving AI/ML concepts and automation

- Develop and customize websites using PHP and WordPress

- Work with frontend technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Collaborate with remote teams using online collaboration tools

- Follow project timelines and quality standards

ELIGIBILITY & QUALIFICATIONS:

- B.Tech (Computer Science) / M.Tech (Computer Science)

- Freshers only

- Tier 1 colleges preferred

- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:

- Basic understanding of AI / Machine Learning concepts

- AWS cloud fundamentals or deployment exposure

- PHP development

- WordPress development and customization

- JavaScript (ES5 / ES6+)

- jQuery

- AJAX and asynchronous calls

- Event handling

- HTML5 & CSS3

- Client-side form validation

WORK ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):

- Windows Laptop or Desktop

- Screen Size: Minimum 14 inches

- Resolution: Full HD (1920×1080)

- Processor: Intel i5 or higher

- RAM: Minimum 8 GB

- Software: AnyDesk

- Internet Speed: Minimum 100 Mbps
