Key Responsibilities

- Cloud Administration: Assist in AWS setup, deployment, and ongoing support.

- IT Support: Provide remote IT support for team members (Linux/Windows troubleshooting).

- DevOps & CI/CD: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, software testing, and automation processes.

- Jira Administration: Manage and configure Jira workflows for project tracking.

- Collaboration: Support cross-functional remote teams with technical issues.

- Programming Exposure: Learn and contribute to coding tasks (Python/Bash scripting).

Must-Have Skills

- AWS Basics (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudWatch)

- Linux & Windows troubleshooting

- Git & version control systems

- Jira administration

- CI/CD fundamentals

- Docker & containerization knowledge

- Python / Bash scripting for automation

- Knowledge of IT support tools & best practices

- Exposure to software testing processes
