About the Role

Appice is hiring a technically strong System Administrator / DevOps Support Engineer to manage IT infrastructure, cloud operations, monitoring systems, and deployment pipelines. This role is ideal for early-career professionals looking to build expertise in DevOps, Cloud Computing, and System Administration, highly valued in global high-CPC markets like the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day system administration and DevOps support

- Monitor servers, applications, and cloud infrastructure

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues

- Assist with deployments and CI/CD pipeline activities

- Execute routine updates, system patching, and scheduled maintenance

- Create and maintain system documentation and operational logs

Skills & Requirements

- Strong understanding of Linux and Windows Servers

- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms: AWS / Azure / GCP

- Exposure to CI/CD tools, monitoring tools, and scripting

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

- Good verbal and written communication skills

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
