Key Skills Required

- Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud (IaaS & PaaS)

- Hands-on with Linux Administration (RedHat / CentOS / Ubuntu)

- Experience managing production support environments (24/7 systems)

- Knowledge of Cloud Infrastructure & Virtualization

- Familiarity with AWS Cloud (optional but valuable)

- Understanding of Change Management & Incident Handling systems

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

- Experience with cloud monitoring and system performance optimization

Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage and support Azure cloud infrastructure and services

- Administer Linux and Windows-based production environments

- Monitor system health and ensure high availability & reliability

- Troubleshoot and resolve large-scale production issues

- Work with teams to handle incident management and change control processes

- Support cloud deployments, updates, and system maintenance

- Maintain documentation and ensure SLA-based delivery

- Participate in 24x7 support operations (shift-based environment)

- 3+ years experience in Cloud Administration / System Administration

- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud & Infrastructure Operations

- Experience working in high-scale production environments

- Good communication and collaboration skills

- Ability to work under SLA pressure and critical environments

- Passion for learning cloud technologies and DevOps practices

Preferred Skills

- Exposure to AWS Cloud Administration

- Knowledge of Ansible / Automation tools

- Experience in enterprise IT environments

- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support workflows
