Job Description – Trainee Cloud Operations (Remote – USA, UK, India)

This role is designed for fresh graduates who want to start a career in Microsoft Azure Cloud Operations. You will gain hands-on experience in cloud infrastructure management, IT service delivery, and Azure support while working with U.S. and U.K.-based enterprises.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage cloud service requests & incident tickets (24x7 global support)

- Handle Mailbox & ITSM ticketing tools

- Manage CSP customers and Azure subscriptions across regions (USA, UK, India)

- Participate in on-call cloud operations support

- Drive continuous process improvements in global cloud operations

Qualifications & Eligibility

- Education: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc (Computer Science / IT)

- Academic Criteria:

- Minimum 60% in 10th & 12th

- Minimum 65% or 6.5 CGPA in graduation (till 6th semester)

- No Active Backlogs allowed

- Skills Preferred:

- Strong communication & documentation skills

- Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure Cloud services

- Familiarity with ITIL processes (advantage)

- Willingness to work in 24x7 cloud operations (US/UK shifts)
