Akku Cyber Security Solutions is Hiring Fresher Junior DevOps Engineer

Akku Cyber Security Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to join its IT Services team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu. This is an onsite, full-time opportunity for professionals with 1–2 years of experience who want to build their career in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD automation, containerization, Linux administration, monitoring, and deployment engineering.

The role provides hands-on exposure to modern DevOps practices across cloud and on-premises environments, with opportunities to work closely with Development, QA, and Security teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines.

- Assist in managing cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as on-premises environments.

- Deploy, configure, and troubleshoot applications across development, staging, and production environments.

- Work with containerization and orchestration technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.

- Automate routine operational and infrastructure tasks using scripting.

- Monitor system performance, logs, alerts, and infrastructure health.

- Assist with incident investigation and resolution.

- Collaborate with Development, QA, and Security teams to support reliable application delivery.

- Follow DevOps and infrastructure best practices for deployment, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support.

Required Skills

- Good understanding of Linux systems administration.

- Hands-on exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar platforms.

- Working knowledge of Docker.

- Basic familiarity with Kubernetes.

- Experience with at least one cloud platform, with AWS preferred.

- Scripting knowledge in Bash, Python, or Shell.

- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.

- Basic understanding of networking and security best practices.

- Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar technologies.

- Exposure to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or Ansible is an advantage.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a motivated junior DevOps professional with practical exposure to Linux, cloud platforms, CI/CD, Docker, scripting, Git, monitoring, and application deployment.

You should be comfortable troubleshooting technical issues, learning new infrastructure technologies, and collaborating with cross-functional engineering teams.
