Role Overview

As an Intern in the Commercial & Contracts team, you will:

- Support business-critical projects, bids, and contract management.

- Work with Defence acquisition policies and procurement frameworks.

- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and analyzing Defence/aerospace contracts.

- Participate in RFIs, RFPs, and tendering processes.

- Conduct market & regulatory research for informed commercial decisions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain contract records.

- Contribute to executive briefs, dashboards, and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- MBA graduate (full-time/pursuing) OR Legal background preferred.

- Basic knowledge of Defence acquisition policies.

- Strong analytical & research skills.

- Knowledge of G Suite tools.

- Excellent written & verbal communication.

- Passion for aerospace, Defence industry, and government contracting.
