About the Role

360DigiTMG is looking for motivated and detail-oriented SQL Developers (Freshers) eager to build their careers in database development and management. The role offers a great opportunity to work on real-world projects in PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL Server, while learning performance tuning, query optimization, and database administration.

Responsibilities

- Write and optimize SQL queries for data retrieval, updates, and management.

- Design and maintain database structures (tables, indexes, views).

- Assist in database performance tuning and troubleshoot issues.

- Support integration of databases with applications.

- Ensure data integrity, security, and backup strategies.

- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to team discussions.

- Stay updated with new database technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

- B.Tech in CSE, IT, EEE, or ECE (2024 & 2025 pass-outs preferred).

- Strong understanding of SQL and relational database concepts.

- Familiarity with MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.

- Knowledge of database design, normalization, and indexing.

- Exposure to stored procedures, triggers, and query optimization (plus).

- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Strong teamwork, analytical, and communication skills.

Terms & Conditions

- Bond Period: 2 years.

- Training Period: 6 months.

- Stipend during Training: ₹1.8 LPA.

- Salary revision after training, based on performance.

- Original certificates to be submitted during onboarding.
