Job Description

Technical Skills Required

• Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate
• Hands-on experience with multithreading, concurrency, thread synchronization, and locking mechanisms
• Understanding of parallel processing for performance optimization
• Deep knowledge of Java memory management, including garbage collection, memory allocation, leak detection, and performance tuning
• Proficiency in Oracle / MySQL database systems, schema design, optimization, and advanced SQL
• Good understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment practices
• Proficiency in design patterns and architectural principles
• Experience in software product development
• Experience with desktop application development
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
• Ability to mentor junior developers and support team knowledge-building
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with technical and client stakeholders
• Willingness to work in UK shift timings

Educational Requirement

• 4-year Computer Science degree or equivalent
