Job Summary
We are seeking an Entry Level / Junior Software Engineer to join our growing Information Technology team. This full-time position focuses on supporting, modernizing, and developing administrative software systems. Candidates with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and interest in modern technologies will excel in this role.

Responsibilities
- Collect, analyze, and document user requirements
- Design, modify, develop, and maintain software applications
- Participate in validation processes, including test planning, review, and execution
- Follow the full SDLC, including requirements, design, development, testing, release, and maintenance
- Collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams on tools, development practices, and procedures
- Work with technologies such as C#, Object-Oriented Programming, SQL, ASP.NET, Angular, GraphQL, Web Services
- Use development tools such as Git, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps
- Support modernization of large-scale systems to Azure Cloud
- Potential opportunities to lead software development projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with C#, Angular, Webservices, GraphQL, SQL, Git (preferred)
- Knowledge of Entity Framework & Azure DevOps is an advantage
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Familiarity with modernizing applications to cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
