Job Overview – Junior DevOps Engineer

We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to assist in designing, implementing, and managing automated CI/CD pipelines and scalable cloud environments.
This role is ideal for recent graduates or professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are passionate about cloud computing, automation, and DevOps workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Automation & CI/CD Pipelines: Assist in designing and maintaining automated pipelines for deployment and integration.
Infrastructure Management: Support management of AWS, Azure, and GCP environments ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
Monitoring & Performance Tuning: Implement monitoring solutions to ensure uptime, reliability, and performance.
Collaboration: Work with development, QA, and operations teams for smooth release and integration.
Configuration Management: Contribute to infrastructure automation using Ansible, Puppet, Chef, or Terraform.
Version Control: Manage repositories, branching, and release cycles via Git and related tools.
Scripting & Automation: Write automation scripts in Python, Bash, or Shell to streamline repetitive operations.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve production issues; participate in root cause analysis and incident response.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in Kubernetes, AWS, GCP, and RabbitMQ.
Strong understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or CircleCI.
Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS) and GCP services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage).
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or PowerShell scripting.
Experience with configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, or Puppet).
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Good to Have

Certifications in AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, or DevOps.
Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK Stack, or Splunk.
Experience in SQL / NoSQL database management.
Knowledge of GoLang and infrastructure security best practices.
Understanding of Agile / Scrum development workflows.
