Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification:

10th Standard: Pass
12th Standard: Pass
Diploma (Full-Time) with minimum 50% aggregate in one of the following streams:
- Computer Science / IT
- Electronics / Telecommunication
- Computer Engineering
- Electrical & Electronics
- Electronics and Communication
- Computer Technology / Science and Technology

Passing Years: 2024 or 2025

Other Conditions:

Maximum 3-year education gap allowed between 10th and Diploma start.
Core Mathematics mandatory in Diploma. (Applied/Business Maths not accepted.)
Open school or distance mode allowed only for 10th/12th, not for Diploma.
Maximum of one active backlog permitted during selection.
Must be 18 years or above at onboarding.
Indian citizens, or holders of PIO/OCI cards are eligible.
Candidates who participated in any Wipro hiring drive within the last 3 months are not eligible.

Evaluation Process

Round 1: Online Assessment (80 Minutes)

Verbal Ability – 20 Questions (20 Mins)
Analytical Skills – 20 Questions (20 Mins)
Quantitative Aptitude – 20 Questions (20 Mins)
Written Communication Test – 20 Mins

Round 2: Voice Assessment
Round 3: Business Discussion
Round 4: Pre-Skilling Training

Service Agreement

Duration: 48 Months (4 Years)
Candidates leaving before completion will be liable to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
