Key Responsibilities
As an AWS Cloud Intern, you will:
- Configure, test, and maintain AWS Simple Email Service (SES) for transactional and marketing communications.
- Monitor application and infrastructure performance using AWS CloudWatch, including alarms, metrics, and dashboards.
- Support development and troubleshooting of responsive HTML email templates for maximum deliverability.
- Collaborate with the technical team to analyze deliverability metrics and suggest improvements.
- Document technical workflows, best practices, and processes for internal teams.
Requirements
