Job Role ā Application Support Engineer
As an Application Support Engineer (Fresher), you will:
- Work on SQL-based data queries and troubleshooting
- Support enterprise-level applications for domestic & international clients
- Use Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, formulas) for data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate with business & technical teams to resolve application issues
- Develop strong problem-solving and communication skills in a real-time IT environment
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation Year: 2024 or 2025 batch
- Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Sc / MCA in Computer Science / IT
- Location Requirement: Candidates must be based in Chennai (Ashok Nagar preferred)

Required Skills
- SQL (Mandatory): Writing, debugging, and optimizing queries
- Excel Proficiency: VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, advanced formulas
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic understanding of application support workflows
