Job Overview – Network Administrator Fresher (Cisco, LAN/WAN, Cloud)
We are hiring Network Administrators (Freshers and Experienced, 0–5 Years) to join our IT Infrastructure & Network Support team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity for graduates with Cisco, CCNA, CCNP, or cloud networking skills to build a career in network security, system administration, and enterprise IT consulting.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Cisco devices: routers, switches, firewalls, wireless controllers
- Troubleshoot and configure VLAN, VTP, STP, VSS, VDC, VPC
- Manage and configure advanced routing protocols: OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, RIP, PBR, HSRP, ACLs
- Perform IOS / SUP upgrades on Cisco 5K, 7K, 9K, 4500, 6500, ASR, FTD, FMC, SDWAN, ISE, DNAC, Wireless Controllers
- Support LAN/WAN infrastructure troubleshooting including link failures, config mismatches, latency, and packet drops
- Conduct root cause analysis for network incidents
- Implement & troubleshoot LAN protocols and routing protocols (Static, RIP, EIGRP, OSPF, ISIS, BGP)
- Configure and troubleshoot Route Redistribution across multiple protocols
- Support Cloud & Hybrid Environments with AWS and Microsoft Azure integrations
- Document troubleshooting steps, solutions, and configurations
Required Skills & Technical Knowledge
- Expertise in Cisco networking (CCNA/CCNP certified preferred)
- Knowledge of LAN/WAN, VLAN, VTP, STP, Ether-channel, ACL, NAT, IP Routing
- Familiarity with network security & cloud technologies (AWS, Microsoft Azure)
- Understanding of IP addressing, subnetting, ARP, OSI & TCP/IP models
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication & teamwork abilities
Academic Qualifications & Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Networking (or equivalent)
- Freshers (2010–2023 passouts eligible)
- CCNA / CCNP Certification preferred
- MCSA / MCSE / Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure) carry extra advantage
