Job Overview – Junior System Engineer (Cloud & SaaS)

As a Junior System Engineer, you will work in Cloud Infrastructure & Application Monitoring to support Sapaad’s global SaaS systems. This is the perfect role for fresh graduates or early-career IT professionals eager to start a career in Cloud Engineering, System Administration, or DevOps.

You will:

Work alongside senior engineers to monitor global cloud infrastructure
Gain hands-on training in AWS, Heroku, Datadog, Cloudflare, and modern monitoring tools
Learn incident management, system optimization, and cloud security best practices
Be part of a fast-growing global SaaS company with operations in Singapore, India, UK, USA, and the Middle East

Key Responsibilities

Monitor cloud infrastructure & SaaS applications for uptime, performance & security
Support day-to-day cloud operations on AWS & Heroku
Configure monitoring dashboards & alerts (Datadog, CloudWatch, Logtail)
Perform database checks & maintenance (Postgres, Redis)
Assist with incident response & root cause analysis
Collaborate with developers to optimize cloud applications
Document system processes, SOPs & technical reports
Learn and implement cloud security best practices (IAM, WAF, DNS, DDoS protection)

What You’ll Learn & Grow Into

Advanced AWS cloud infrastructure management

Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting & teamwork skills
Excellent communication skills & eagerness to learn

Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure Fundamentals)
Exposure to database systems (Postgres, Redis)
Interest in building a long-term career in Cloud, SaaS, or DevOps
