Role Overview – Junior DevOps / Technical Support

This is an urgent hiring opportunity for candidates with 0.5 to 2 years of experience in DevOps and Technical Support. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cloud systems, troubleshooting network issues, maintaining CI/CD pipelines, and supporting enterprise-level cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24/7 technical support in rotational shifts
Troubleshoot cloud infrastructure & network issues
Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines for deployments
Work with Docker and Kubernetes for container management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve incidents quickly
Ensure high availability, performance, and security of systems
Proactively communicate and document technical solutions

Required Skills & Experience

0.5 – 2 years of experience in DevOps / Technical Support
Strong knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and automation tools
Proficiency with Docker & Kubernetes containerization
Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)
Solid troubleshooting skills in cloud and network environments
Excellent problem-solving ability and team collaboration
Strong verbal & written communication skills
