Role Overview – SW Engineer I

As an SW Engineer I, you will play a critical role in designing, testing, and deploying software solutions that enhance financial services and self-service banking technology. This is an entry-level opportunity to build a career in software engineering, cloud computing, and financial technology.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in software development and testing life cycle (SDLC)
Assist in building and maintaining financial software systems
Collaborate with global teams to enhance operational efficiency
Execute test cases, troubleshoot issues, and document solutions
Contribute to continuous improvement of software processes

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of Python, Java, or C++ programming
Familiarity with software testing, CI/CD pipelines, or DevOps practices
Excellent communication skills and ability to work in team-oriented, Agile environments

Preferred Skills

Exposure to cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Familiarity with database systems and SQL
Prior experience in financial services or fintech software
