🚀 Role Overview – Cloud Engineer I

As a Cloud Engineer I, you’ll be part of our Cloud Engineering Team, supporting analysis, monitoring, and troubleshooting across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). This hybrid role is ideal for candidates eager to start or grow their careers in cloud computing, DevOps, and cybersecurity, while contributing to global enterprise-scale systems.

You will play a key role in monitoring infrastructure, applications, and system performance, while ensuring customer SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Monitor and interpret cloud dashboards & alerts (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Resolve basic cloud issues; escalate urgent and complex cases.
Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally customers to resolve incidents.
Track case backlogs and ensure SLA compliance.
Document troubleshooting steps in the electronic case management system.
Support a 24x7x365 global environment, including weekends and holidays.
Execute scheduled manual tasks to ensure system reliability.

🎓 Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
Experience: Fresh graduates and those with 1+ year experience are welcome to apply.

🛠️ Skills & Competencies

Working knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, databases, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Understanding of monitoring infrastructure, system health, latency, availability, and performance.
Basic scripting and coding in Python, SQL, PowerShell, HTML, REST API calls.
Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Event Management).

Nice to Have Certifications (Entry-Level):

AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
Google Associate Cloud Engineer
Cisco / CompTIA Cloud+ / Security+
