Role Overview – Associate Python Engineer

As an Associate Python Engineer, you will kick-start your career in enterprise and open-source software development. The role begins with a structured 6-month probation and training program, after which you will have the opportunity to transition into a Software Engineer role based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Month 1:

Learn the Frappe Framework under full guidance.

Months 2–3:

Contribute to open-source Frappe-based projects and real-world codebases.

Months 4–6:

Collaborate with senior engineers on client-facing and internal projects.

General Responsibilities:

Write clean, maintainable Python code
Explain code logic, architectural choices, security, scalability, and maintainability
Participate in human-reviewed code sessions
Work in a team-oriented, collaborative open-source environment

Must-Have Skills

Strong Python programming fundamentals
Curiosity to learn frameworks like Frappe/ERPNext
Willingness to work on open-source projects
Good problem-solving and communication skills

Good to Have

Prior web development experience in Python frameworks (Django, Flask, FastAPI)
Familiarity with front-end technologies (CSS/JS/React)

Interview Round 1 (5–10 minutes)
Interview Round 2 (30–60 minutes)
Offer

All interviews conducted via Zoom; candidates must have camera and screen-sharing capabilities.

Compensation & Benefits

CTC: ₹12 LPA
Probation (~6 months): ₹25,000/month
Confirmation Bonus: ₹1,50,000
Post-Confirmation Salary: ₹1,00,000/month
