Role Overview
We are looking for highly motivated L1 Cloud Operations Engineers to join our 24/7 global operations team. This is an entry-level role ideal for fresh graduates or early-career professionals eager to grow in Cloud Infrastructure, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE).
You will be part of the first-line operations team, ensuring the availability and stability of Redis Enterprise Cloud environments, while collaborating with senior engineers and gaining hands-on cloud operations experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Redis Enterprise clusters and respond to real-time alerts.
- Execute remediation tasks: failovers, memory checks, and system optimizations.
- Follow runbooks, standard operating procedures, and escalation workflows.
- Collaborate across shifts to ensure 24/7 operational coverage.
- Provide clear updates and incident communication to internal teams.
- Escalate issues to senior CloudOps/SRE engineers when necessary.
- Contribute to knowledge base documentation and process improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- 0–2 years of experience in Cloud Operations, NOC, or Technical Support.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with Linux administration and monitoring tools.
- Understanding of incident response workflows and alerting systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure in shift-based environments.
- Bonus: Knowledge of Redis, distributed systems, or container orchestration.
