About the Role

MRI Software is seeking a highly motivated Azure Cloud Engineer (Fresher) to join our Cloud Engineering team. This role is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or early-career professionals to build expertise in Microsoft Azure, DevOps, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and Cloud Automation.

You will collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to design, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud infrastructure, while gaining hands-on exposure to global projects across the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, Singapore, and Germany.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the setup and configuration of Microsoft Azure services: Virtual Machines, Storage, Networking, App Services, and Azure Active Directory.
Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot Azure cloud infrastructure under senior guidance.
Learn and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep.
Support automation tasks using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or Python.
Assist in backup, recovery, and security best practices within cloud environments.
Participate in cloud migration and optimization projects.
Document processes, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Collaborate with DevOps, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure system reliability and performance.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure architecture and services.
Familiarity with Windows/Linux OS and networking fundamentals.
Knowledge of cloud concepts: IaaS, PaaS, SaaS.
Exposure to scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Python preferred).
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Azure certification (e.g., AZ-900 – Azure Fundamentals) is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Passion for building a career in cloud computing and DevOps.
