Position Overview – Cloud Trainee Engineer

We are looking for motivated Cloud Trainee Engineers with 0–1 years of experience to join our Services Delivery team. This role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals eager to build a foundation in cloud infrastructure monitoring, AWS services, and IT operations.

You’ll gain exposure to cloud support operations, including alert management, reporting, ticketing systems, and cross-department collaboration in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor and manage AWS Cloud Infrastructure to ensure system uptime and reliability.
Review alerts, logs, and notifications for proactive issue detection.
Create support desk tickets and escalate issues to relevant teams.
Notify stakeholders and teams regarding critical alerts.
Prepare and maintain MIS reports on system and operational health.
Work in rotational 24x7 shift operations to ensure continuous support.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
Good understanding of cloud computing fundamentals (AWS preferred).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle customer interactions and provide timely updates.
Minimum 0–1 years of experience (freshers encouraged to apply).

Preferred Skills & Certifications

AWS Cloud Certification (AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner or higher).
Knowledge of ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and monitoring dashboards.
Familiarity with Linux/Windows server basics, networking, and cloud operations.
