Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer to work closely with development teams, automate CI/CD pipelines, and support deployment processes. This role is ideal for early-career professionals eager to build a strong foundation in DevOps, Linux, and cloud technologies while collaborating with senior leadership to align DevOps practices with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with development teams to design, build, and optimize CI/CD pipelines.
- Work with senior leadership to ensure DevOps practices align with business strategy.
- Support infrastructure automation and deployment processes.
- Contribute to system reliability, scalability, and monitoring initiatives.
- Participate in troubleshooting, system performance optimization, and production support.
- Maintain documentation for CI/CD workflows, deployments, and configuration.
Required Skills
- Core Expertise: DevOps fundamentals, CI/CD practices, and automation.
- Good to Have:
- Azure Cloud experience.
- Linux administration and troubleshooting.
- Containerization knowledge (Docker, Kubernetes preferred).
- Exposure to scripting (Bash, Python) for automation.
Educational Qualification
- B.Tech/B.E. in any specialization OR
- B.Com in any specialization with relevant IT/DevOps experience.
