Shift Timings: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (9.5 Hours, Night Shift)
Mode of Technical Interview: Face-to-Face (Wipro Office, Chennai)
Overview
As a Trainee at Wipro, you will be responsible for configuring and testing Wipro’s Proprietary Total Benefit Administration System to align with client requirements. This role involves using Wipro’s proprietary systems and tools to set up, configure, and validate processes. It’s an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to kickstart their careers in enterprise technology, testing, and system configuration.
Technical Skills Required
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Understanding of SAS & Mainframes concepts
- Proficiency in SQL (Simple & Complex Queries)
- Exposure to Automation Testing Principles (desirable)
- Knowledge of System Testing & Software Quality Assurance best practices
- Understanding of Relational Database Concepts (Tables, Keys, Relationships, DB2 Queries, etc.)
- Strong Analytical Skills – ability to break down complex problems into smaller manageable tasks
