2. Coding Assessment (basic to advanced programming)

4. HR Interview and Final Discussion

For Software Developer Role:

• Aptitude, communication, and analytical ability
• Data Structures, OOPS, OS basics
• SQL / MySQL queries, subqueries, joins
• Core Java, pseudocode, recursion

For Software Tester Role:

• Aptitude, communication, and logical reasoning
• Python, OOPS, OS basics
• SQL / MySQL queries
• Selenium automation, Core Java
• Manual Testing (ISTQB fundamentals)
