About the Role

Join the Cloud Support team at Dassault Systèmes®, responsible for maintaining worldwide data centers and ensuring customer success. You’ll work with Linux, UNIX scripting, cloud platforms, and troubleshooting to support global operations. This is a 24x7 rotational shift role.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain cloud platforms & services.
• Support L2/L3 teams via phone, email, or chat until resolution.
• Perform Linux/UNIX scripting for automation and system tasks.
• Assist in troubleshooting databases, networking, and cloud services.
• Collaborate effectively with local and remote teams.

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Strong knowledge of Linux/UNIX.
• Basics of Databases & Networking.
• Scripting: Shell/Python.
• Exposure to Cloud Technology (AWS preferred).
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Additional Details

• Shift Timings: Rotational (6:30 AM – 3 PM, 2:30 PM – 11 PM, 10:30 PM – 7 AM IST).
• Start Date: Immediate.
• Work Mode: Hybrid (Office/Home depending on shift).
