Responsibilities

• Collaborate with developers & SRE team to support DevOps operations.
• Ensure uptime & reliability of cloud infrastructure & SaaS solutions.
• Build, optimize, and monitor CI/CD pipelines & automation workflows.
• Conduct POCs to improve system performance & stability.
• Document SOPs & DevOps solutions.
• Proactive monitoring & troubleshooting of production environments.

Required Skills

• Linux Administration (must-have)
• CI/CD Tools – Jenkins, GitHub Actions
• Infrastructure as Code – Terraform
• Config Management – Ansible
• Cloud Platforms – AWS / Azure / GCP
• Scripting – Python, Bash

Good to Have

• Experience with Docker & Kubernetes
• Database knowledge (MySQL/Postgres)
• Exposure to Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, ELK monitoring/logging
• Knowledge of Helm / Kustomize
• Certifications (AWS, Azure, GCP, Terraform, Kubernetes CKAD/CKA, RHCE/RHCSA)
