Responsibilities

• Develop and implement Salesforce declarative solutions, apps, extensions, and integrations.
• Build modern UIs using Lightning Web Components.
• Collaborate with engineers and product owners to deliver impactful solutions.
• Participate in design discussions, estimations, and group code reviews.
• Enhance CI/CD workflows and test automation processes.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies and best practices.
• Work in an agile environment and actively contribute to team retrospectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in Apex, Java, C#, Python, Scala, or Go.
• Good knowledge of design patterns, agile practices, and modern frameworks.
• Salesforce Admin certification (must-have).
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
