About the Role
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer / Helpdesk Specialist who can deliver high-quality remote technical support to global users. The role requires strong troubleshooting skills, knowledge of endpoint management tools, and the ability to provide excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L1 technical support for users across Windows and macOS environments.
- Troubleshoot issues related to networking, endpoint devices, and system access.
- Respond to tickets, calls, and emails while maintaining excellent communication.
- Document incidents, resolutions, and escalate issues when required.
- Ensure timely resolution of IT helpdesk queries with customer satisfaction as the priority.
- Work in rotational shifts to support 24/7 operations.
Required Skills
- 1–4 years of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk roles.
- Proficiency in Windows / macOS troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with endpoint security tools, networking basics, and remote support tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high-pressure support environments with professionalism.
