About the Role
As a Data Analyst (SQL Server) at ResultsCX, you will play a key role in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from multiple sources to generate meaningful insights. This role requires strong SQL skills, data transformation expertise, and the ability to optimize queries for efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect and preprocess data from databases, spreadsheets, files, and third-party platforms.
- Import, load, and transform data for client reporting and analytics.
- Write and optimize basic and complex SQL queries/stored procedures.
- Conduct query tuning to improve performance and efficiency.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability.
- Work closely with stakeholders to deliver actionable insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0.5 – 1.5 years’ experience with MS SQL Server / T-SQL.
- Strong SQL development and optimization skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, SQL.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt to new environments, technologies, and processes.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle ambiguity.
Preferred / Nice to Have
- Experience in BPO Operations (highly desirable).
