Job Description
We are looking for passionate fresh graduates who want to start their career in Python programming, AI, and ML-based development. As a fresher at Quadance, you’ll work on exciting projects, collaborate with senior developers, and learn industry-standard practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Learn, design, and develop solutions using Python, AI & ML frameworks
- Collaborate with mentors and project leads to solve real-world business problems
- Work on data analysis, model building, and optimization
- Assist in the development of applications using Machine Learning algorithms
- Research, test, and implement new tools and technologies in Data Science & AI
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc / MCA / MS (IT) – 2021 or later pass-outs
- Strong foundation in Python programming
- Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts, Data Science, and Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP preferred)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, and innovation
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
- Exposure to Machine Learning libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
- Knowledge of Data Structures & Algorithms
- Internship or project experience in Python or AI/ML
- Familiarity with Git, Linux, Docker, and Cloud basics
