Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior DevOps Engineer who will play a critical role in managing CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and production systems. This role requires strong knowledge of AWS, Linux, automation scripting, and monitoring tools to ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and automation scripts.
- Manage Dev, QA, and Pre-Production environments.
- Automate manual tasks using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
- Monitor production environments and identify performance issues.
- Troubleshoot and collaborate with Dev, QA, and Product teams.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation on infrastructure and best practices.
- Provide recommendations on future cloud trends and improvements.
Required Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of proven AWS experience.
- 2+ years as a System Administrator (Linux/Unix).
- Strong scripting skills (Python, Shell, Bash).
- In-depth understanding of Unix/Linux internals and cloud networking.
- Experience with system monitoring tools (APM, New Relic, etc.).
- Demonstrated ownership of production systems.
- Knowledge of production system security (internal & external threats).
Good to Have
- Familiarity with Observability stack (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
- Experience in infrastructure automation and scaling practices.
