Role Overview
As a Graduate Engineer – Operations, you will support field engineers, technicians, and product teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex network and software systems. This role offers hands-on exposure to cloud-native networking, wireless systems, and advanced communications technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist engineers and technicians in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems (software, hardware, network, and wireless).
- Provide technical support for field operations and product teams.
- Contribute to diagnosing and debugging networked and electro-mechanical equipment.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure service reliability and performance.
Job Requirements
- Strong foundation in computer science, electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Ability to work with complex systems (software, hardware, and networks).
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on troubleshooting and debugging.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced telecom environment.
