Job Details

• Role: AWS Cloud Support Engineer (L1)
• Location: Dubai / Abu Dhabi / Sharjah
• Experience: 0–2 Years (Freshers with AWS Certification welcome)
• Shift: Rotational (24x7 Support)
• Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor AWS environments with CloudWatch, Datadog, Splunk.
• Respond to alerts and perform first-level troubleshooting.
• Escalate incidents to L2/L3 teams when required.
• Support maintenance, patching & upgrades.
• Ensure security and compliance policies are followed.

Skills & Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, RDS, CloudWatch).
• Understanding of IT infrastructure (OS, Networking, Storage, Security).
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Good English communication (Arabic is a plus).
• AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner / Solutions Architect – Associate) is an advantage.
