Role: Automation Engineer (Intern)
- Location: Bangalore, India
- Employment Type: Internship
- Experience: Freshers (with projects or internship exposure in automation)
Key Responsibilities
- Develop & maintain automation scripts for APIs and AWS-deployed services using Pytest.
- Collaborate with development & QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines.
- Apply SDLC best practices in automation and testing.
- Assist in performance testing of APIs and cloud services.
- Work with tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, and Locust to optimize automation processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent.
- Hands-on project/internship experience in API automation using Python.
- Basic knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Kinesis, S3, SQS).
- Familiarity with SDLC & CI/CD pipelines.
- Exposure to tools like Jenkins, SonarQube, Locust.
- Strong problem-solving mindset & eagerness to learn.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with PyTest framework.
- Knowledge of performance testing concepts.
- Exposure to automation frameworks and scalable cloud testing solutions.
