Your Responsibilities

As a DevOps Engineering Co-op, you may:

• Support software and firmware build systems for various products.
• Manage and maintain automated testing systems.
• Evaluate, document, and provide analysis on software tools.
• Assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Participate in Agile practices (scrums, planning, task estimation).
• Collaborate with system test teams to improve delivery processes.

Required Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Familiarity with computer networking concepts and equipment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills (Assets)

• Experience with programming languages such as C/C++, C# .Net, Java, or Python.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools: Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes.
• Knowledge of Linux, MS Windows Server, or virtual machines.
• Exposure to enterprise tools: GitLab, Rational Team Concert, DOORS/DOORS NG, JIRA/Confluence.

• Must meet requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program.
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain Canadian Government Security Clearance.
