Role Overview

As a System Administrator, you will be responsible for:

• Administering RHEL Linux servers, VMware virtualization, and Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Managing enterprise server environments and IT services.
• Supporting AWS Cloud operations and related tasks.
• Implementing automation to streamline operations.
• Building software standards for servers, operating systems, and virtualization.
• Troubleshooting system issues in partnership with infrastructure teams.
• Driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and ensuring SLA compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Build, configure, and maintain enterprise server & virtual environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve OS, server, and cloud-related issues.
• Implement business impact assessments for system recovery.
• Support AWS Cloud operations.
• Automate repetitive IT operations to improve efficiency.
• Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies for business needs.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction (CSAT) through reliable IT support.

Requirements

• Education: B.E/B.Tech/MCA in Computer Science, Electronics, or IT.
• Experience: 2–5 years in system administration.
• Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of RHEL Administration.
  • Hands-on with AWS Cloud services.
  • Expertise in VMware Virtualization.
  • Basic knowledge of hardware, storage, and networking.
• Certifications (Preferred): VCP, RHCSA.
