Role: Software Development Engineer – Backend (2025 Passout)

• Location: Mumbai (Work From Office)
• Employment Type: Full-time
• Eligibility: 2025 Passouts (Candidates must be in/willing to relocate to Mumbai)

What You’ll Do

• Design, develop, and support scalable backend systems & applications.
• Own tasks end-to-end: from development to production deployment.
• Contribute to the design & launch of key product features.
• Collaborate in code reviews, agile teams, and cross-functional engineering efforts.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for scale, performance & reliability.
• Drive engineering best practices across the team.

What We’re Looking For

• Internship/Project Experience: 6–12 months in software development.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language: Ruby, Node.js, Python, Java, C/C++.
• Strong fundamentals in OS, Databases, Networking, Deployment.
• Experience with Kafka, RabbitMQ, Docker, Kubernetes (preferred).
• Ability to work on Windows/Linux below the application layer (kernels, file systems, APIs, scripting).
• Problem-solving mindset with real-world debugging skills.
• Strong communication & collaboration skills.
• Startup mentality – quick learner, hardworking, thrives in fast-paced environments.
