Role: Cloud Support Engineer Intern

• Location: India
• Employment Type: Internship
• Stipend: ₹4,000 – ₹6,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

• Windows Server Management: Install, configure, patch, and optimize Windows Server (2016/2019/2022).
• Cloud Migrations: Handle end-to-end migration of applications and infrastructure to cloud platforms with minimal downtime.
• Remote Support: Deliver technical support for clients in the US market, resolving issues related to servers, networking, and productivity tools.
• Office 365 Administration: Configure and troubleshoot Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and related services.
• Networking Support: Implement and troubleshoot VPN, VLAN, firewall configurations, and TCP/IP protocols.
• Active Directory (AD): Manage users, groups, GPOs, and DNS configurations.
• Printer Setup: Configure and troubleshoot printer setups in complex network environments.
• RDP Optimization: Configure and secure Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) for remote access.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (preferred).
• Proficiency in Office 365 administration and Windows Server (2019/2022).
• Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and networking protocols.
• Strong problem-solving and remote support troubleshooting skills.
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate or equivalent (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills to support international clients.
