About the Role

Xomic Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Junior DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This role offers a great opportunity to work on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, automation, and containerized applications while collaborating with development and QA teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, implementing, and managing CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI).
• Support setup and management of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Monitor application performance, identify bottlenecks, and troubleshoot system issues.
• Write and maintain automation scripts in Bash, Python, or Shell.
• Learn and work on containerization technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with developers, testers, and DevOps engineers to ensure smooth deployments.

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of Linux/Unix administration.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms – AWS, GCP, Azure.
• Knowledge of Git / Version control systems.
• Exposure to CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) is a plus.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Willingness to learn new DevOps tools, frameworks, and cloud-native technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, cloud operations, or system administration.
