Role Overview – Graduate Software Engineer
As a Graduate Software Engineer (Fresher/Entry-Level Cloud Developer), you will:
- Work on cloud-native applications and enterprise-grade platforms.
- Contribute to DevOps pipelines, CI/CD workflows, and containerized environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in solving real-world engineering challenges.
- Apply programming, cloud computing, and distributed systems knowledge to deliver scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Cloud Application Development: Build, test, and deploy application modules ensuring compliance with security policies.
- Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests, automate QA workflows, debug production issues, and deliver high-quality code.
- DevOps & Automation: Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and cloud deployments using modern tools.
- Problem-Solving: Analyze complex software engineering problems, system issues, and cloud networking concerns.
- Collaboration: Partner with DevOps engineers, project managers, and cloud architects for successful product delivery.
Education & Eligibility
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or related field.
- Master’s Degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Freshers with 0–2 years of experience in programming, cloud development, or DevOps can apply.
Technical Skills Required
- Programming Languages: Python, Java, Golang, JavaScript.
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- DevOps Tools: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes.
- Testing & Debugging: Basic knowledge of automation testing frameworks.
- Distributed Systems & Networking: Familiarity with VPCs, load balancers, microservices.
- CI/CD Knowledge: Understanding of continuous integration and deployment practices.
Preferred Skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to emerging technologies.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal & written).
- A security-first mindset in software development.
- Exposure to AI/ML engineering, cloud security, or big data platforms is a plus.
