Job Description – Associate Cloud Engineer I
As an Associate Cloud Engineer (Freshers & Early Professionals), you will work closely with the Cloud Services Team to manage, optimize, and support enterprise-level infrastructure. This is a great opportunity to start your career in cloud computing jobs in India with exposure to Azure cloud services, AWS cloud support, and enterprise system administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in installation & administration of cloud servers and central computing systems
- Monitor cloud infrastructure performance & optimization
- Support IIS 6.0/7.0 installation and administration
- Provide recommendations on hardware/software upgrades
- Troubleshoot issues in Windows operating systems & cloud hosting environments
- Manage DNS, TCP/IP networking concepts, and server configurations
- Document processes for day-to-day operations and support
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–1 year of experience in:
- Systems Management
- Application Support
- Infrastructure Monitoring & Management
- CRM Product Support
- Strong Windows troubleshooting skills
- Basic knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS/Azure)
- Familiarity with IIS installation & administration
- Understanding of DNS, TCP/IP networking
- Fluency in spoken & written English
Preferred Skills
- Passion for cloud computing jobs & IT infrastructure
- Prior customer service or client support experience
- Ability to handle critical enterprise-scale issues
- Strong communication & teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn diverse technologies and grow in cloud services
